12. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Binding Arbitration

Biblical Conciliation & Dispute Resolution: In spirit with scriptural principles of reconciliation, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Site, these terms, or contributions shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation before a mutually agreed-upon Christian mediator or mediation body (such as the Institute for Christian Conciliation).

Mandatory Binding Arbitration: If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, the matter shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with applicable rules, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any civil court having jurisdiction.
